Terms of service

These terms cover the use of eaane.dev, operated by EAANE Ventures SIA, and the site-building service offered through it.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for what you submit through it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Site applications

Filing an application is a request, not a contract. Work begins once we approve the application and agree the scope with you in the message thread. Payment is handled via invoices under the terms stated on the invoice. Maintenance continues while invoices are paid.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Latvian law, EAANE Ventures SIA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site.
